At present, there are no electrical safety standards for industrial automation products at home and abroad. GB 30439.1 ~ GB 30439.5-2013 "Safety Requirements for Industrial Automation Products" 5 national standards is China's first mandatory national standards for safety requirements of industrial automation products. It takes the industrial automation product safety design technical requirements as the starting point, and proposes to meet the actual needs of the industry by studying and analyzing the safety factors of industrial automation products such as electric shock hazard, mechanical hazard, combustion danger, temperature danger, fluid hazard, pressure danger and explosion risk. The automated product safety performance indicators and safety testing methods, as well as the safety requirements of pressure/differential pressure transmitters, temperature transmitters, control valves, and flowmeters, and corresponding test methods fill the gaps in the domestic standards.
As a secretariat unit of the National Industry Process Control, Control and Automation Standards Committee (SAC/TC124), the Institute has organized industry experts to formulate a series of national standards for “Safety Requirements for Industrial Automation Productsâ€, and based on national standards, led the development of international standards. Standards IEC 61010-2-201 and IEC 61010-2-202, developed GB 4793 (IEC 61010)-based instrumentation and instrumentation safety performance test system, which has important impetus to break international trade barriers and promote the development and application of domestic automation products. effect.
